TERMS OF BUSINESS

When you place an order to purchase a product from COOPER.CO.JE we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. 

The prices payable for goods or services that you order are as set out o our website. Delivery charges are extra to the price quoted. Please note that delivery to some locations may not be possible.

We aim to despatch your order within 1-2 working days. These goods will be delivered to the address specified by you unless otherwise specifically agreed.

If COOPER.CO.JE has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, any sum debited by COOPER.CO.JE will be re-credited to your account. We will advise you by email of this action.

Ownership of the goods you have ordered will pass to you on their being delivered to you or to the person you nominate.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Orders under £50.00 will be subject to a flat shipping rate of £3.00 at checkout.

FREE JERSEY delivery for all orders over £50.00

UK DELIVERY

Orders under £100.00 will be calculated at checkout, dependent on weight.

FREE UK delivery for all orders over £100.00

 
OVERSEAS DELIVERY

European deliveries will be dispatched via Jersey Post using their European Airmail service.

As a result of Brexit, our customers in European Union member states have experienced extreme delays in receiving goods, we ask that you remain patient as we do not have control over the speed of the latest export and import regulations. 

For both European and Worldwide deliveries, shipping costs will be calculated based on weight of package at checkout.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

COOPER.CO.JE will not accept a claim for damaged goods unless notified to us in writing within 7 working days of delivery to the customer.

 

COMPLAINTS

Any complaints should be addressed in writing to the company at the published address or via email at admin@coopercoffee.co.uk . 

JURISDICTION

The rights and obligations of the Company and of the Customer shall be governed by the Law of Jersey and the Customer shall submit to the determination of disputes by and generally to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Island of Jersey.

DATA & PRIVACY

Any business or personal information that you enter on the site will be stored for purposes of processing your order, delivery and to contact you should there be a problem. Cooper & Co use a third party ordering site, orderspace. Your information will not be shared.
